Utilizing the advanced stone machining technology of the ancients.
The Ultra Arky utilizes the ancient, advanced stone carving technology to achieve extraordinary rock art and ultra cool jewelry designs.
Below is an example of high-speed aggregate removal inside an alabaster vessel using free abrasives and ultrasonic machining with a round shape metal tube.
Bow drills are slow and create wobble marks while faster spinning diamond core drills end up skipping on stone creating skip marks. neither were used in this stone vessel.
Ultrasonic tube machining leaves behind unbroken scallop formations with clean circular cuts.
Once understanding and using ultrasonics, the UA can achieve precision cuts in both soft and hard stone material without damage being made to the area being worked.
Ultrasonic machining with a round metal tube will create precision round holes in stone.
Shaping the round metal tube into a star shape will create star shape holes in rock.
A star shape tube was used to ultrasonically drill the rock boulder shown below.
After ultrasonically drilling a star shape hole, the star tube is removed, leaving behind a star shape hole in the stone.
(Below) Keeping the tool inside the drill hole helps communicate to others how the star hole is made (tool in). The drilled-out star shape quartz core is wire set to the side of the quartz Crystal pendant.
When drilling stone using ultrasonics, the tool can get stuck in the stone when the ultrasonic machine is turned off.
The metal tool will be released from the stone when the energy and frequency are re-applied. Turn the power back on to remove the tool from stone.
Ultrasonic drilling allows for fully functional art without the use of unsightly prongs and expensive precious metal that can cost a fortune.
Jewelry of the god’s art and jewelry is unique to the world today and uses minimal fabrication for ease in affordability.
Ancient, advanced technology enables precision carving and drilling shapes in stone. The above pink tourmaline was drilled, the metal parts injected and adhered within the stone (no outside metal prongs).

“Jewelry of the gods” is a playful twist on “fingerprints of the gods” and “chariots of the gods”. Thankfully these two authors help create an awareness of past advanced stonework.
