Star Holes, Pre Archaeo-technical documentation
Before we can fully document ancient drill holes in America we must first find them for study. A public area away from private property restrictions would be ideal for researching star holes. Such a place does exist along the base perimeter of Morro Rock.
(Above image) Once arriving at Morro Rock, park your vehicle and proceed to walk along the the left, east side of the rock (red arrows) and walk to the back boulder field on the west side of Morro Rock. The boulder field containing star shaped drill holes is circled in a red oval.
(Below) As you walk along the side of Morro rock, observe the cliff faces for machined attibutes. The machine marks shown on the cliff face indicate a round tube was used. The round drill holes were created in the Dacite rock and explosives left behind half round indentations in the rock. These machine marks are created by high speed machining, and not manual tooling.
An observed machine mark of a dill hole shown below is not made by a round tube. Without closer inspection its hard to say, however, the spaced lobes running down the length of the drill hole indicate ultrasonics and a shaped tube were used.
Along Morro Rock there are many forms of holes created, ranging from Nature made to Man made. Round holes that have irregular round shapes are either naturally created or crudely made with a handheld hammer and chisel.
(Below) The west side of Morro Rock and the boulder field containing drill holes in rock. Most drill holes used for blasting rock in the last 100 years are round. Only machined drill holes have smooth internal walls. Morro Rock was drilled and blasted for 80 years.
As you meander along the broken Dacite rock extracted from the above mountain, you will see many types of drill holes expanding across the boulder field.
30 feet from the mountain is a star shaped drill hole containing 5 lobes or points. The inside walls are machined smoothly with all minerals ground down evenly. The star hole extends over 2.5 feet in length before it reappears on the other side of the rock.
All drill holes found in the boulder field were created at the primary source upon the mountain. After blasting, the rock containing drill holes are safely placed down below the mountain for ease in documentation.
The round drill holes shown in the images above and below show round core drilling. High speed round core drilling cannot make star shaped holes in rock, just round shapes. If you see a drill hole with 5 or more points, the hole was created using ultrasonics and a shaped metal tube.
(Below) In the middle of the boulder field, I found another star shaped drill hole. This star hole travels 3 feet into the Dacite rock, has evenly spaced internal lobes, and all minerals are machined smoothly with no mistakes. These star shaped drill holes in rock are intentional and evidence of ancient, advanced drilling.
One year ago, I documented the first star hole found in a Dacite rock, a jetty of rock located along Coleman Cove (arrow shows location of the first star hole documented).
All three star shaped drill holes shown below were created using ultrasonic technology and a 5-point star shaped tube. Academia believes the star holes are mistakes by a chattering tool or created through natural processes, both ideas are 100% false, unverified, and considered lazy research.
So far, the star drill holes seem to have the same diameter of 2.75 inches wide, indicating the same drilling tube was used. Star holes are created by an ancient civilization that predates the Chumash and Salinan Indians. All 3 ultrasonic drill holes are quality graded as SG-3 (Good).
Now there is a location to hunt and document star shaped drill holes other than on private property. Academia can no longer hide the simple scientific data that proves ancient builders were drilling in California, well before the native population.
The preliminary work is done, now we will be fully documenting all ancient star holes where ancient blasting occurred at Morro Rock.
